In the last two days before the deadline for abstract submission (April 7, 2017), we had a lot of registrations and submissions, and the conference system responses automatically by sending a large number of emails to people who are registering and uploading abstracts. This was thought abnormal by the email system of our university. So it blocked sending email from the email address of Apcre17. Consequently, the registration and abstract submission was not possible. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Now we have solved the problem. The abstracts submission deadline is extended until April 23, 2017, and the notification of acceptance will start on May 22, 2017.
