Roles and Responsibilities (담당업무) APC(Advanced Process Control) system building for refinery, petrochemical and chemical plant - Functional design - Plant step test - Detail design - Commissioning - Block-diagram design and narrative descriptions of control strategies, including definitions of process inputs and outputs, manual and laboratory inputs, control logic, associated alarms, and required calculations, model and control algorithms. - Determine economic benefits of advanced control functions. - Review of recommended control functions. Selection of those controls functions that can be carried out in the regulatory system, and those that will be handled by the supervisory control system. - Detailed design of control applications. - Conducting training exercises for customer engineers. - Plant tests and development of process dynamics. - Installation of the advanced control Software on the process computer and DCS. - Commissioning of controls. 2.
