(1) Bankbook deposit: Please select the payment method as a bankbook deposit on the registration page and submit the application form
      through the website.
(2) Credit card payment through phone approval: Please complete the credit card phone approval request form (download form) and send it
      to KIChE office (kim@kiche.or.kr)
    - Signature must be included in the phone approval request form
    - We will send you the sales slip / receipt to your email. You can also print the sales slip / receipt from the card company's homepage.
